BARBEQUED SPARE RIBS 
3-4 lbs. spare ribs, cut in serving pieces
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up. Roast in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Spoon out excessive grease. Combine remaining ingredients except celery seed. Bring to boil and pour over ribs. Place ribs back in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste ribs often. 15 minutes before ribs are done, sprinkle celery seeds on top.
