HONEY - MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1 pkg. boneless tender chicken
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. Guldens mustard
1 tbsp. honey

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with flour. In medium skillet, heat butter until bubbly. Add chicken and brown lightly on both sides. Remove chicken. Stir in 1/3 cup water, mustard and honey. Return chicken, spooning sauce over each piece. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, just until chicken is done. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 4.
