HIGH ENERGY BREAKFAST SQUARES | |
2/3 c. honey 1/2 c. peanut butter 3 c. breakfast cereal 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. shredded coconut In a 2 quart pan heat honey until bubbly. Stir in peanut butter. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Quickly stir in the cereal. Grease an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan generously. Pour cereal mixture into pan and press smooth. Sprinkle the coconut over the top. Cool thoroughly (several hours at room temperature). Cut into squares. |
