EASY STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced, frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream

Defrost strawberries until mushy. Add sugar and sour cream. Stir well and pour into 8"x8" cake pan and freeze. At 3 intervals of 25 minutes each, stir again to prevent formation of ice crystals.
