1 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild, medium, hot; to your taste)

Dice cheese into 1-inch squares. Put into large bowl. Melt in microwave for 2 minutes and stir. Continue until melted. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and heat for 2 more minutes. Stir well. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
