3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
2 c. raw diced apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Put the first 5 ingredients and add the spices. Fold in apples last and sprinkle coconut over cake. Bake in 8 inch pan in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Double this recipe for 9x13 inch pan.
