POPPY SEED SURPRISE 
6 slices cold cuts (we like ham best)
6 hamburger buns
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. grated onion
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Split buns, soften butter and blend with onion, mustard and poppy seeds. Spread both cut surfaces with mixture. Place slice of meat and cheese. Close, spread top of bun with mixture. Wrap in tin foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve at once. Serves 6.
