PIZZA SQUASH PIE 
4 c. sliced squash (yellow or zucchini)
1/2 c. chopped onion

Cook 10 to 15 minutes in 1/4 cup butter in large skillet. Add:

1 can tomato paste
Meat (sausage, hamburger), browned
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Spread an 8 ounce can crescent rolls in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard rolls. Beat 1 egg with 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese (shredded) and pour into squash mixture. Spread on top of rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
