"POOR MAN'S" POTATOES 
10 med. potatoes
1 lg. can College Inn chicken broth
2 lg. onions
8 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper

Peel and slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick. Peel and slice onions 1/4 inch thick. In medium casserole dish place potatoes. On top of potatoes, place onion slices. Cut butter into 5 pieces and place on top of potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in chicken broth making sure it covers everything in casserole dish. Cover. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are done.
