MOSTACCIOLI SALAD | |
1 box mostaccioli, cooked & drained 1/4 c. cooking oil 1 1/2 c. white vinegar 1 1/2 c. white sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. mustard 4 oz. diced tomato 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 med. cucumber, chopped In large bowl coat mostaccioli with oil. Drain. In smaller bowl combine rest of ingredients. Mix with mostaccioli. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 days, stirring occasionally. Makes 10 to 12 servings. |
