WAGON WHEEL SAUSAGE SKILLET 
4 c. frozen loose packed hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped green onions, with tops
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. sausage links, cooked & drained
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
Paprika

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Generously grease a 10 inch oven proof skillet or round baking dish. Spread potatoes on bottom. Mix onions, 2 tablespoons milk, salt and pepper and cream cheese; spread over potatoes. Arrange sausage in spoke fashion on top (if necessary, cut sausage to fit). Beat baking mix, 1/2 cup milk, nutmeg and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater about 1 minute or until almost smooth; pour between sausages. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
