HOLIDAY FRUITCAKE 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 jar (28 oz.) mincemeat w/rum
1 1/3 c. (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. (1 lb. jar) candied fruit

Butter 9 inch tube pan or spring form. Line with wax paper. Butter again. Sift flour and baking soda. Combine eggs, mince meat, sweet condensed milk, fruit and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake in slow oven (300 degrees) 2 hours, until center springs back and top is golden. Cool. Turn out, remove paper. Decorate with mixed fruit on top.
