CONNIE'S CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. carrots
1 sm. onion
Velveeta cheese, 1/2 lb.
Corn flake crumbs
Melted butter

Cook carrots. Mash. Cube cheese - chop onion. Add to mashed carrots. Top with buttered corn flake crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
