FRIKADELLER 
1/2 lb. veal or 1/2 lb. pork
1/2 lb. pork
2 c. of milk (or less)
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 grated onion
2 tbsp. flour or 1 c. bread crumbs

Put veal and pork (or only pork) together through a grinder 4 or 5 times (or ask butcher to re-grind pork). Add flour or bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper. LET SIT 1 HOUR. Mix thoroughly. Drop on frying pan from a large tablespoon and fry over a low flame.

Serve with browned butter, potatoes and stewed cabbage. May be served with brown gravy.
