STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. catsup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can corn
6 bell peppers
12 soda crackers

Brown in skillet onions and meat. Add chili powder and catsup when brown. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and corn. Core and remove seeds from bell peppers. Parboil 5 minutes. Drain. Stuff with meat mixture. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Place in casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
