SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, well beaten
6 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and flour in bowl until smooth. Stir in spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and salt. Mix well; pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake in oven 1 hour.
