SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese 6 eggs 6 tbsp. flour 1/2 lb. Velveeta 1 stick butter Cook, drain and cool spinach. Mix ingredients together with mixer. Pour into long greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. |
