1 c. celery, chopped
1 head lettuce
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 purple onion, sliced
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. can black olives, chopped
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
5 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Layer all ingredients in bowl starting with lettuce. Seal off top with mayonnaise. Add cheese and bacon and chill over night. Mix salad before serving.
