ICE CREAM COOKIES 
1 lb. butter, room temperature
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, melted
4 c. flour
Preserves any flavor

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form into a ball size of a small walnut. Press an indentation and put in a small dab of preserves. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar. Very easy.
