BUTTERMILK CORN BREAD 
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 c. buttermilk

Combine dry ingredients; add egg and buttermilk; mix well. Pour into well greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
