BUTTERMILK CORN BREAD 
2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/3 c. brown sugar

Beat the liquids together, add dry ingredients and blend. Pour into a greased, floured pan and bake at 375 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until done. 7 3/4 x 9 inch pan.
