ROCKY ROAD CANDY 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. half & half
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. shredded coconut

Combine chocolate chips and half & half in medium bowl. Microwave at Medium-High (70%) until chocolate chips are melted, 1 to 3 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Stir in vanilla and remaining ingredients until coated. Press into greased square baking dish, 8 x 8 inches. Chill. Cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
