1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (16 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Bake for 10 minutes on wax paper at 350 degrees.
