FUNNEL CAKE 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
Mazola oil
10X sugar

Mix flour, sugar, milk and eggs. Beat until smooth. Heat 1/4 inch oil in skillet. Drop from funnel in hot oil, holding finger over bottom of funnel to control amount. Make into one design starting at center of pan, swirling batter outward in a gradual enlarging circle or shape in any design, if you wish. Fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with 10X sugar on top.
