7 c. Rice Chex
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in large pan. Stir in Rice Chex until coated. Put powdered sugar in brown bag. Add Rice Chex. Shake well and cool.
