CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cream cheese and sugar together. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour into paper lined cupcake pans (makes 24). Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees. They don't brown, so don't worry. Cool 5 minutes.

Mix together topping ingredients and spread on each cupcake. Top with a dab of jelly or preserves if desired. Bake 5 minutes more. Cool in pans. Can be frozen.
