CHOCOLATE CHIP CREAM CHEESE
CUPCAKES
 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. baking cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. water
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine above ingredients in big bowl; mix well. Line 2 dozen muffin tins with cupcake liners; fill 2/3 full. Save remaining batter. 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 1 c. chocolate chips

Mix all but chips well, then fold in chips. Place by teaspoonsful into the center of each cupcake tin. Top each cupcake with a spoonful of remaining first batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
