CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Blend the above until smooth. Then add 1 cup chocolate chips.

BATTER:

Sift the following: 1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. cocoa, unsweetened 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt

Stir in: 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla

Line muffin tins with cupcake papers and fill each one about 1/3 full with batter. Put about a tablespoon of filling on top of each one. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
