1 pkg. butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice
2 c. walnuts, chopped

Beat 3 to 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 container Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding

Mix together and frost.
