KRUMKAKA 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy cream

FILLING:

Whipped cream, ice cream, pudding, fruit, jam, chopped nuts or sprinkles

Beat eggs until light; add sugar gradually, beating until thick and lemon colored. Stir in cardamom. Sift together flour and salt; blend into egg mixture alternately with cream. Bake on moderately hot krumkaka iron: Place 1 tablespoon batter just off center on back half of iron. Bring top of iron down gently, then press firmly (but don't squeeze out much batter); scrape any excess batter from edges. Bake about 1/2 minute on each side, or until lightly browned. Remove from iron and quickly roll on cone-shaped form (comes with iron). Fill cooled cones with your choice of fillings. Makes 4 dozen.
