COWBOY PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. raw rice
1 c. grated cheese
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice by regular direction and set aside. Brown hamburger with onions and bell pepper. Drain. Pour into cooked rice. Add tomatoes (well mashed and juiced too). Cook on top of stove on low heat for 20 minutes. Add cheese and cook until cheese melts.
