FINNISH PANCAKES 
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tbsp. melted butter

Beat salt and sugar with eggs. Add milk and flour alternately. Stir in butter. Fry on hot griddle. Serve with ripe red raspberries.
