BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, butter and vanilla until smooth. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Add blueberries, stirring just until mixed. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
