CHILES RELLENOS 
12 long green chilies
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
48 oz. oil, cook

Cut the top on chilies. Put to fry for 2 minutes on oil, take out. Peel, wrapping on flour.

In medium bowl, mix the white eggs until foamy. Add baking powder and yolks, wrapping in mix and put in oil. Cook fast and turn over. Take out and do same for other. Preparation 20-30 minutes.
