BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
6 c. wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
4 c. 100% Bran, Bran Buds or Grapenuts
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. baking soda
2 c. All Bran
2 c. boiling water

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Batter can be stored in refrigerator, covered for 6 months.
