BRAN MUFFINS 
2/3 c. reg. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. All-Bran or Bran Buds cereal
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Measure cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand to soften. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Put batter into 12 well greased muffin pan cups (2 1/2 inch). Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. 12 muffins.
