meatballs and rice 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. catsup

Mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and garlic salt. Form into balls and place in pan. Brown on both sides. Mix sauce ingredients together and spoon over beef balls and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour on simmer. Serve over yellow rice. Garnish with onions and tomatoes.
