2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
2 tbsp. water

Beat sour cream until fluffy. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until light. Combine with cream, then add other ingredients in order listed.
