DORA'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 full chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 big can Carnation milk
1 lg. can chow mien noodles
1 lg. can mushrooms
Salt and pepper
2 oz. jar pimentos (optional)

To make it cheaper I mix in other chicken meat, if I'm not being fussy.

Cook breasts in salt water for about 45 minutes. Save some noodles to sprinkle over the top. Mix remainder of noodles and all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
