FRUITY CHICKEN SALAD 
3 full chicken breasts
2 c. diced celery
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/3 c. raisins
1 lg. apple, diced
1 c. grapes, seedless and whole
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Seasoning salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Chow mein noodles

Steam chicken (sprinkled with seasoning salt) for 45 minutes. Cool. Remove skin and bones and dice. Mix chicken with rest of ingredients and chill. Serve with chow mein noodles sprinkled on each serving, on a bed of lettuce if desired.
