1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated orange
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chicken broth (boneless)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey

Combine bread, rind, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in orange juice and roll in crumb mixture. Place skin side up in buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Melt butter and mix with chicken broth, remaining orange juice and honey. Pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes.
