1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. catsup

Combine ground beef, onion soup mix and milk in a bowl ( mixture will be very moist). Press evenly in an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, mustard and catsup; spoon over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain before serving.
