1 fudge brownie mix (no pudding added)
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. chocolate chips (I use mini morsels)

FILLING:

1 box (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix brownies as directed on package with the addition of pudding, chips and an extra 2 tablespoons water. Beat filling mixtures until smooth. Put half of brownie mixture in 13 x 9 inch pan. Then add all of the filling, then the rest of brownie mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

I put a can of chocolate icing on while brownies are still pretty warm. I also put a little more than half of brownie mixture on bottom layer.
