1 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. fudge stripe cookies, crushed

Mix together all ingredients. Over the top, put whole cookies for decoration. Make several hours before serving. Can use pineapple chunks and a few marshmallows instead of oranges.
