GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter

Pare potatoes. Cut into wedges. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in plastic or paper bag. Moisten potatoes (few pieces at a time) and shake in bag to coat well.

Melt butter in 9x13-inch pan. Place potatoes in single layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once during baking. Bake until golden brown. Makes 6-8 servings.
