CRUSTLESS FINNISH CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. light cream
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
1/4 c. candied fruit, chopped
2 tbsp. brandy
1 tbsp. butter

Stir cottage cheese in a bowl until lumps are broken up. Add flour; mix well. Add all other ingredients except butter, blend until smooth. Pour mixture in a buttered 8 inch baking dish or pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until the cake is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
