1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix together with mixer. Grease pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 med. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding

Mix by hand and ice top and sides of cake. Refrigerate.
