CREAMY CHEESE FONDUE 
2/3 c. dry white wine or apple juice
2 c. shredded American cheese
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives, softened
Dippers (bread sticks, cubed French bread, fruit wedges or veggies)

In a medium saucepan heat wine or juice just bubbling. Add American cheese and mustard. Stir until smooth. Stir in cream cheese; cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Transfer mixture into a fondue pot.
