GOLDEN POUND CAKE 
2/3 c. Fleischmann's Sweet unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. low sodium baking powder
3/4 c. egg beaters, cholesterol free 99% real egg product
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tsp. grated orange peel

In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat at high speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cook cake in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
