TACO CRESCENTS | |
3/4 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. onion 1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning (needs a little more I think) 1/2 c. black or green olives 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 tubes crescent rolls 2 beaten eggs Brown hamburger and onion, drain, add the 2 beaten eggs and taco seasoning, mix. Roll out a crescent and add a tablespoon of beef mixture. Top with olives and cheese, roll up and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until light brown. Serve with sour cream and taco sauce. On the Taco Crescents I mix cheese and olives right in with the rest of the ingredients and have it cooled otherwise it goes through crescents. These are great to have in freezer - good for hors d'oeuvres or for a quick, light meal. |
